Use of the Site

The Site is provided for general information about our landscape design-build services. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

Consultations & Quotes

Information shared through the consultation form is used to schedule on-site visits and prepare a written proposal. Submitting a request does not create a contract. Project pricing and scope are confirmed only through a signed agreement after the on-site visit and design review.

Project Scope, Permits & Warranty

Each Ridgeline project is governed by a separate written agreement that defines scope, materials, schedule, payment, change orders, permits, and warranty terms. Our standard projects include a written workmanship warranty layered over manufacturer warranties on materials. Refer to your individual project agreement for the specific warranty terms applicable to your build.

Services Covered

Services we offer include drought-tolerant landscape design, artificial turf and sod installation, outdoor lighting and irrigation systems, yard drainage solutions, paver patios and hardscape, retaining walls and hillside masonry, paver driveways, custom decks and pergolas, outdoor kitchens and built-in BBQs, and fire pits and water features.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including copy, images, logos, design plans, and renderings — is the property of Ridgeline Outdoor Living or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, redistribute, or repurpose Site content without prior written permission.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites for reference (city permit pages, manufacturer pages, rebate programs). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those external sites.

Disclaimer

Information on the Site is provided "as is" for general guidance. While we work to keep it accurate, we make no warranties about completeness or fitness for any particular project. Final design and engineering decisions are made under signed agreement following an on-site visit.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ridgeline Outdoor Living is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Our liability under any project is governed by the signed project agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
