Mature drought-tolerant front yard with California natives in Pasadena
Service Family · Softscape

Landscape design built for the Los Angeles climate.

Drought-tolerant California native design, artificial turf, lighting, irrigation, and drainage — engineered as one cohesive softscape, not a set of bolt-ons.

The Softscape Family

Four interlocking specialties.

Most LA softscape projects pull from at least two of these four. A drought-tolerant front yard usually pairs with a smart-controller irrigation rebuild. A lawn-to-turf conversion almost always benefits from improved drainage. We design and build all four in-house, so the project never lands at a sub's calendar boundary.

Every softscape project we ship runs through MWD/LADWP rebate criteria where it qualifies, and every install is finished with the unglamorous details — soil amendment, mulch, drip emitters at the right pressure — that decide whether the design holds up at year three.

Considering Drought Conversion?

Free on-site consultation. Rebate paperwork on us.

If the project qualifies for the MWD or LADWP turf-replacement rebate, our designers will lay out the plant palette to the program's criteria and help you file. The rebate is real money — we'd rather you keep it.
